Special Thank you to all who attended the MST XMAS kicking master class with Master Seelan Rengasamy.
Everyone got to look at the latest training methods employed by the former olympian and junior olympic coach, with the help of elite player Liam Briggs. Attendees were then treated to a finishing off session held by Master Siddall on selfdefense techniques and 1 step sparring.
Master Rengasamy enjoyed the session, and will be coming again to build on the kicking drills covered on the night. |
